Processing & Handling Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a second email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

If you haven't received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking notification, please contact us with your name and order number.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our support team immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
